ITS has extensive experience with VXI-based, L2XX, L3XX, HP3070, IFTE, Consolidated Automated Support Systems (CASS), and VDATS integration for ceramic (S.E.M.), dual-sided, DIP, and surface-mount modules using mechanical and vacuum fixtures.
Our TPS services focus on advanced functional tests for demanding architectures. Microprocessor-based, multi-peripheral, multi-ASIC, and multi-protocol designs are a specialty, supported by ITS experience in modeling and simulation development at the system level.
Supporting disciplines
Integrated Test Solutions provides modeling solutions for test program development and design verification, tailored to the customer’s specific application.
ITS provides both full-functioning and partial behavioral models. Each full-functioning model is verified against actual hardware device responses to support clock-for-clock simulation accuracy.
For advanced LASAR users, ITS develops behavioral stimulus models that can create complex stimuli beyond what TESTCOM can efficiently produce. These transactors can sense module state during simulation and react to events as they occur, reducing manual alignment of input stimulus.
ITS designs and develops test fixtures for demanding signal interfaces, aligning the physical interface with the electrical and functional requirements of the test program.
